He has to come here and at least express his feelings and say this is bad,” Mohamed Omar told the news outlet. The attack, which took place on Saturday, did not leave any individuals injured, but reportedly damaged one room. Gov. Mark Dayton (D-Minn.) has called the incident “an act of terrorism” and a hate crime, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported. The head of the Muslim American Society of Minnesota asked why Trump has not tweeted about the attack or made a formal statement. “We are wondering why President Trump has not tweeted about this.
